Five Cheese Jaffles

We love string-y cheese (mozzarella)

I had leftover cheese, and couldn't be bothered cooking. Jaffles were made with a mixture of mozzarella, tasty, parmesan, jarlsberg and cream cheese spread on one slice. Mmmmm Cheeeeeeese.
