Picture Recipe: Nachos

Another recipe by pictures, to make a simple tasty dinner. Not great fare for regular eating, but it made a nice treat for the school holidays.

Spread out a packet of corn chips onto a tray lined with baking paper.

Top with a little cheese and bacon pieces,

some roasted red pepper strips,

salsa,

sour cream,

and a bucketload more cheese.

Cook at 180°C until golden and bubbly.
