Wednesday Freezer Suprise (or Pizza)
Thursday Creamy Chicken & Noodles (slow cooker)
Friday Potato & Tomato Bake
Saturday Sausage Rolls
Sunday Sandwiches

Sunday is a birthday party afternoon tea, and it's an hour drive away, so I don't think anyone will want much more than a light dinner.
