I will definitely have to check back for that Pumpkin Risotto. And Girl! KANGAROO??? I guess you ARE in the Land Down Under, and I have heard people eat it, but I can't imagine. LOL! I'll be watching for that too. Oh, and when you link to MPM, maybe you should put "Dragon Musings and Eating Kangaroo" -- you're sure to generate quite alot of traffic, heehee.
Yup, you can buy the kangaroo sausages in the meat section, next to the pork and other fancy sausages!
And the risotto was *such* a cheat. I had leftover pumpkin soup in the freezer, so I just added that in when I normally add in stock, and just thinned it out with a little water.
What a clever idea - with the soup! I've got butternut squash soup on the menu for this week, and I'll definitely keep that in mind for leftovers (if, of course, there are any)!
