I am also loving your Freezer surprise dinner night. Great idea. As I plan my menu I am always thinking how I am going to clean out odds and ends from mine.
As for not linking or posting your recipes with your menus, I have an idea -- maybe say in your post to come back during the week to get recipes? Cuz oif they sound good, maybe that would get *some people* (ahem) to come back and get the recipe:0
