Easy Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup


Mmm... soup!

This was incredibly simple to make, but tasted so authentic, even though I skipped out the ginger.
This was a Taste.com.au recipe, and took a total of about ten minutes to cook! There was enough leftover for me to freeze so all of us could have another bowl some other night. I"m leaning towards the 8th, in honour of the games - tacky huh?
